We will be exhibiting a number of craft on the Saturday, followed by a cruise in Morecambe bay on the Sunday. It’s a free event to attend and has a massive array of vehicles to see:
The Barrow Festival of Transport, a great day out for all the family
The Barrow Festival of Transport takes place in Barrow’s town centre on Saturday 15th July 2023 and will see a wide range of vehicles line the streets in the heart of the town. Classic cars, vintage cars, prestige cars and modern classics will be located on Dalton Rd, with classic motorcycles and vintage motorcycles situated on Portland Walk, and electric vehicles will be situated on Scott St. The event also attracts a wealth of other vehicles, including; scooters, buses, campers, trucks, commercial vehicles and emergency vehicles which will be located in various areas of the town.
As well as the wide range of vehicles, the event also hosts a range of attractions and entertainers, including; funfair rides, ride-on vehicles, street entertainers and live music, making this FREE event a great family day out in Cumbria. Keep an eye on our website to find out about new attractions and entertainment in 2023.
The event starts from 10am in the morning, when the vehicles will be in position and will end at 4pm with a procession of vehicles around the town centre streets. We look forward to welcoming you to the 2023 event on Saturday 15th July 2023.
